Every Mind Matters & COVID 19

Every Mind Matters offers all sorts of resource in one place to support you with any concerns, symptoms that impact your mental health and or body. This NHS website & App has been updated to take into account the COVID 19 outbreak.

For the Mind: You can use the Mind Plan and by answering 5 questions to get tips & advice based on your answers. Or if you prefer you can go straight to the specific advice on amongst other things Anxiety; Low Mood; Stress; Sleep; and Urgent Support (contact details for various support services).

For the Body: There is a health quiz, which is signposts you. There are also pages on Quit Smoking; Drinking Less; Diabetes; Eating Better; Move More; and losing weight.
