With some 20 years of experience of listening to, supporting and guiding individuals to find their way in dealing with a variety of life’s difficulties. From issues in the work place, to family, relationships, bereavement, abuse & trauma.  As well feeling depressed, anxious, sad or numb. I also welcome those that just want to find out more about themselves.

As I have an integrative approach I have a wide variety of ‘tools’  and understanding to bring to our sessions. This allows me to tailor the therapy to you and your particular need.  With this in mind I offer both short term & open ended therapy.

Counselling & Psychotherapy (often referred to as ‘therapy’) are about finding ways to understand ourselves & our experience.  With this understanding to move from being stuck, or to confront and overcome obstacles in our lives. To change.  To move on.  My role is to help you clarify and illuminate your concerns through honest and open dialogue and, if you wish, help you to change.

Fee: Day £35-£55; From 6pm £55

Session: 50 minutes

The Diamond Approach is a contemporary spiritual path that incorporates knowledge & practices from depth psychology and spiritual wisdom tradition, form a precise and effective method for spiritual transformation.

I have been a student of the Diamond Approach, since 2002.  So my experience & knowledge from it informs aspects of my work as a therapist.

I am not a  Diamond Approach teacher.

Fee: Day £35-£55; From 6pm £55

Session: 50 minutes



The initial appointment is an opportunity for me to find out more about what brings you to therapy. Some of your history.  Also what you want out of the sessions.

We can have a open & honest discussion as to whether therapy is what you need right now.  As well as if I am the right therapist for you.

We will also discuss practical matters such as the contract for our work together; The day & time of future sessions, confidentiality and fee.

The fee for this initial session is £55.  The session length is between 60-75 minutes.

Supervision is a place to understand not only your clients but also yourself. To learn & develop effective ways of working. To work on the difficult but also to celebrate the positive.  

I have some 14 years experience (of providing 1-1 and group supervision either for private practice or in an organisational setting: for client work & or for organisational matters. This is for both trainee & qualified therapists with a range of modalities.

My supervision credentials have been accepted by various training organisations & for BACP/UKCP purposes.

Supervision is also offered over the phone & online. 

Fees: Trainee £35-£45; Qualified £50-£60     (Depends on time of day)

Session lengths from 30mins - 2 hours

I have some 20 years experience of working in the field of personal development & mental health.

This includes working with individuals in private practice as well as in organisations such as: London Underground (LU); NHS: Westminster Mind; Families Without Fear (FWF) (Domestic Abuse); Mapesbury Clinic (Refugees); London Ambulance Service, various Employee Assistance Programme).  In addition I provided supervision to some of these organisations as well as Trinity Hospice, Wandsworth Bereavement Service & the Met Police. 

I has developed a particular expertise in working with trauma. This comes out of the work done at FWF, Mapesbury Clinic.  As well as being one of the manager’s of the LU service at the time of the London bombings in July 2005.

I have enhanced my skills and experience with working with trauma to include the experiences of victims of torture and those with childhood trauma.
