The Shadow of Childhood Bullying
Ditch The Label(Anti Bullying Campaign www.ditchthelabel.org) survey for 2013 revealed a clear impact on school work, with 56% of bullied students said that the bullying was having a negative impact on their studies. With 83% said that being bullied had affected their self-esteem. The effects of being bullied at school can cast a shadow throughout adult life, impacting on confidence, depression, anxiety, having a voice and speaking up for themselves; difficulty with conflict situations and indications of trauma.
